Overview

Designed specifically for stapled hemorrhoidopexy.

The AVIORA hemorrhoidal stapler is designed for the Procedure for Prolapse and Haemorrhoids (PPH). It resects a circumferential band of prolapsed mucosal tissue and repositions the haemorrhoidal cushions above the dentate line in a single firing. The procedure is associated with significantly reduced post-operative pain compared to conventional excisional haemorrhoidectomy, as the staple line is placed in non-innervated tissue.

Indicated for Grade II, III and IV haemorrhoidal prolapse and circumferential mucosal prolapse.
